POLICY
1 – FREE SHIPPING:
The Quoizel Source .com free shipping is via our choice of UPS, USPS, FedEx, or common carrier ground service ONLY to the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska and Hawaii and Canada addresses will incur a shipping charge for the customer. Special service shipping such as overnight and other choices will incur a shipping charge to the customer. Some items are too large to qualify for free shipping and must be shipped with an "oversized" status and an additional charge to the customer. The Quoizel Source .com will contact you with an exact shipping quote to your destination on such items.
2 – NO SALES TAX 49 STATES:
The Quoizel Source .com will collect sales tax on any sale which is shipped to a New Jersey address. Shipments to other states and countries are not subject to sales tax.
3- NO HASSLE RETURNS:
Please be sure of your choice. If you elect to return your purchase to The Quoizel Source .com, it is your responsibility to return the item in the original shipping box, unopened, and undamaged. The carton must be as neat and as presentable as it was when it was shipped to the customer. It must be unmarked and undamaged by the customer.
The Quoizel Source .com return policy requires the customer to make sure that the item is received by our warehouse in no more than 10 days from the date on which it was shipped to the customer.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges for any returns. The customer is responsible for any damages, which may occur to a return item. A 25% restocking charge will be deducted from any return or exchange item. The shipping cost which was incurred by us to ship to the customer will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
The Quoizel Source .com will only accept returns or exchanges which the customer has shipped via United Parcel Service insured.
It is The Quoizel Source .com policy is that a return item is to be insured by the customer when the package is destined for return to us. The insurance benefit is to be in the customer's favor. Any damage claims for return items are to be filed by the customer, with the insurance benefit to be the customer's. No return will be accepted unless written authorization has been given.
If our return policy is adhered to, the customer’s refund will be processed with 10 days of the authorized return to our warehouse.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Custom orders (i.e. products that are built-to-order or any item labeled non- returnable on the product page of the Website).
- Special purchases, including: clearance items, inventory sale items, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
- Any item that has been assembled, installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way.
- Any item that is not in the original carton.
- Any item not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
- Large orders: (Orders containing 10 or more of a single item or orders with an invoice total greater than $2,500). When ordering large quantities, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation.
- CANCELLATIONS:
- If you would like to cancel an order that has not shipped from the manufacturer, please contact one of our customer service representatives. Then we will submit a request to the manufacturer for cancellation. Shortly after, you will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation request followed by another email either confirming the cancellation or stating that we were unable to cancel. Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation of cancellation.
Please be aware that some items may have already shipped from a manufacturer and be in route to the distributor for final shipment to you. In such a case, cancellation is not possible.
Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Standard Return Policy". Do not refuse the delivery as this will result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You may also be charged for roundtrip shipping costs.

4 – LIFETIME ELECTRICAL WARRANTY:
The Quoizel Company backs up their products with their lifetime electrical warranty. The Quoizel Source .com will assist our customer with any electrical problem. It is always a good idea to save the original shipping carton and packing material in case a service return is required.
5 – FAST SHIPPING:
Most items on The Quoizel Source .com web site are in stock. In stock items ship in a few days of the customer’s placement of an order. Please be aware that some travel times for a shipment may be as long as 8 days due to the distance from the warehouse to the customer's address. In the rare instance of a back order, The Quoizel Source .com will advise the customer of an approximate shipping date.
